is passionate for IFRS Convergence in Indonesia. She is an accounting lecturer of Universitas Padjajaran, Bandung, teaching mostly financial accounting and international accounting courses. She is one of the author for the best seller accounting text book"Principles of Accounting: Indonesia Adaptation". She also an active writer in newspapers and "Akuntan Indonesia" magazine. Currently Ersa is pursuing PhD in Manchester Business School, UK.
